I start every project with a Discovery consultation. During this meeting, we talk about your style, desires, and needs.  I take that information and create a working floor plan, including renderings and elevations, that brings in all the function and style that you are looking for. I pull together suggestions for all the elements of the space, including cabinets, countertops, lighting, fixtures, etc. I walk with you through ALL the details of the project and make sure that you are getting what you envisioned. 

I keep the budget in mind when moving any element of the existing space. I have a  detailed conversation with the contractor on the implementation of the new design making sure that their services are on track with the budget. 

If you have ever taken on a remodel then you know that the biggest fear is of the unknown. Once you dig in there is no turning back, this is true but when you work with me I am in constant communication with the contractor. Then when these things come up we can talk through them.  This is where my knowledge of construction comes in. I know the construction lingo, heck, I have probably done some of it myself and I can make sure that we are coming up with the best solution for your space.
